Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date: Full refund (100% of the total booking amount, less any non-refundable booking fees or third-party charges if applicable).
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of arrival or no-show: No refund (100% of the booking amount will be charged).

Special / Promotional Rates & Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special offers, advance-purchase rates, group bookings, or event packages may be non-refundable or have stricter cancellation terms. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Once confirmed, non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or cancelled for a refund.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, severe weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent travel to Dipolog City, we will work with you compassionately. Refunds or credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis—please reach out as soon as possible so we can assist.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not notified us in advance, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. The full stay amount (including all nights booked) will be charged, and the room may be released for other guests.

Early Departure

Should you need to depart earlier than planned, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or credits for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
