As our newly opened 14-room boutique hotel continues to grow, with our upcoming function hall and expanded café on the horizon, we’re building a passionate family of professionals who share our commitment to genuine care, elegance, and creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.

We’re always on the lookout for talented individuals to grow with us. Here are some of the roles we frequently seek or anticipate needing as we expand:

Front Office / Reception Staff

Be the warm first smile our guests see. Handle check-ins, concierge services, reservations, and personalized guest assistance in our elegant lobby. Ideal for those with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for making people feel at home.

Housekeeping Attendants

Ensure every room reflects our classy standards with spotless comfort and thoughtful touches. Detail-oriented team players who take pride in creating inviting, relaxing spaces for our guests.

Restaurant & Cafe Team (Baristas, Servers, Kitchen Staff)

Help us deliver the best coffee in town and delicious Asian-inspired meals in our cozy, stylish space. Positions range from skilled baristas crafting specialty brews to servers providing warm, attentive service and kitchen roles supporting fresh, quality food preparation. (Expanded café opening soon—more opportunities ahead!)

Function Hall & Events Staff (Upcoming)

As our versatile function hall prepares to welcome weddings, corporate events, seminars, birthdays, and celebrations, we’ll need event coordinators, setup crew, banquet servers, and AV/technical support. If you thrive in dynamic event environments and love bringing sophistication to special moments, this is your chance to shine.

Concierge / Guest Services

Go beyond the basics—offer personalized recommendations, arrange airport pickups, local experiences, and special requests to make every stay seamless and memorable.

Management & Supervisory Roles

Lead with warmth and vision. Opportunities for experienced hospitality professionals to oversee departments, mentor team members, and help shape Selah’s future as we grow.
